Yes. Electronic signatures are legally binding under the Electronic Transactions Act 1999 (Cth) and equivalent State and Territory legislation. Every signing event SignPad records is timestamped, IP-stamped, hashed, and stored in Australia.
Yes. Cancel from your account at any time. We don't lock you into annual contracts. If you're on an annual plan, you keep access until the end of your billing period.
Every signed document, audit log, and signer detail is stored on Australian-region servers. No US/EU round-tripping. That's the data sovereignty pitch the big platforms can't make.
Every event in a document's lifecycle (sent, viewed, signed) is hashed with SHA-256 and linked to the previous event. If a single byte of the audit record is altered after the fact, the chain breaks and the audit page flags it. Court-defensible by default.
